As a Medic One First Response member, when you call us for help from any of your pre-registered phone numbers, medical treatment begins even before any of our paramedics or ambulance get to you. Our Avaya Medical Response system detects your number as it comes in and links it to your health records.

As the Indonesia Designate of Australasian Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (AREMT), and a member of Association of Public Safety Communication (APCO), our 24/7 First Response Service is the only one that uses a three-pronged approach starting with advice from Basic Life Support Operators, followed by Motorcycle Paramedics and finally by Life support Ambulance. Should the need arises, our select partners in Air Medical Evaluation service will swiftly take you out of the country and into the care of top overseas hospitals and surgical specialists.
