Medic One is the first private healthcare organization in Indonesia that provides the most rapid and most thorough response to any and all emergency medical needs.

The organization was founded by a group of doctors, paramedics, and public health professionals who strive to meet the critical needs for pre-hospital and out of hospital care in Southeast Asia. We believe that by the timely application of the advances of both technology and medical science to the practice of Emergency Medical Services (EMS), we can save the lives and safeguard the health of those we love, and improve the health of the community.

As the Indonesia Designate of Australasian Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (AREMT), our 24/7 First Response service is the only one in the country that uses a three-pronged US 911 approach starting with advice from Basic Life Support Operators, followed by Motorcycle Paramedics and finally by Life Support Ambulance. Should the need arise, our Air Medical Evacuation service will swiftly take you out of the country and into care of select overseas hospitals and medical and surgical specialists.
